A Topographic Survey is the very best way to accurately capture both the natural and man-made features of an area of land.
The survey is very accurate and site-specific, showing the sites features in great detail. Plans will, as a minimum include buildings, roads, boundaries, service & drainage covers, trees, vegetation and much more besides.
Each point of detail will be captured, delineated and transposed digitally from site to office, giving you the site at your fingertips and the very best start to your project.
Topographic Surveys
Measured Building Surveys are carried out to precisely capture a property on site and bring that essential information back to the office. A survey may be required, as existing plans are out of date, no digital copies are available, for an extension, to remodel and refurbish or for demolition purposes.
Properties can range from simple residential homes to complex industrial units, schools, hospitals and even castles – we have surveyed them all!
Deliverables can include Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections, Reflected Ceiling Plans, Street Scenes and a few more besides.
